Delanco411 is a group of concerned residents of Delanco that collectively found ourselves disappointed and upset with the way the Township Committee is currently conducting business on behalf of the residents of Delanco. As such, we decided to combine our knowledge, connections, and our experiences to give Delanco residents the information they need to make an informed decision regarding the People's Referendum on July 29, 2025 for the purchase of the $3.6m bond needed to finalize the purchase.

Several supporters of the purchase of 401 Creek Rd are hung-up on not knowing the people behind Delanco 411 and the residents that are helping gather and present the information. So much so, that they are making disparaging remarks, calling us cowards, and a few threats have been, anonymously, made towards Delanco 411. When facts are not on your side, shoot the messenger. Which it exactly what is being done by supporters of the purchase. Even Mayor Carolyn Seuss's husband, Al Grabov, is trying to get everyone to not look at the information and documentation presented on the Delanco 411 website. Instead, he, the committee, and others want you to ignore the website because you don't know, specifically, who posted it regardless of the documentation and proof presented on Delanco 411.

We invite everyone to go to the website and do your own research regarding what is behind the purchase. But be aware that in order to get information from the township you will have to submit an OPRA request which could take weeks before you get the information you're requesting. That is why the committee is telling you to contact the township administrator instead of giving you the answers themselves. This is part of a plan to buy as much time as possible before the vote so they won't have to answer your questions and answer for their actions thus far. This is also why it has taken so many of us to gather all the information, as each fact has required a significant amount of effort to discover, analyze, and share.
